So, a challenge I overcame as a young person…
When I was 20, I moved to London. It was super challenging being away from friends and family, but I loved being able to discover a new city on my own and make new friends from all over the world. But while I was over there I ended up in hospital really sick. It was terrifying being away from my family while I was grappling with something that was really scary to me at the time. However, I got through it, thanks some amazing friends that I’d made and got back to having a great time in a strange city that ended up becoming one of my favourite places in the world.
