The idea of stress is something we hear a lot about and it's an issue that affects young people, especially around exam time. But what is 'stress' anyway, and is it always a bad thing? Stress can be caused by lots of stuff, but why is it that you can feel stressed and overwhelmed, when your friends are going through similar circumstances and seem to be handling it fine? Identifying the causes of stress is essential in overcoming it. In tonight's infobus session we will chat about types, signs and symptoms of stress. We'll also be talking about different ways we can manage stress and chill out!
