Happy International Youth Day!
Did you know that it’s International Youth Day on Wednesday? The theme for this year is Sustainability: Our Challenge, Our Future.

We thought it might be fun to mark the event here on Reach Out by getting you guys to tell us what’s great about being a young person in Australia today.
Is it the fact that you can still get away with wearing whatever you like 'because you're young', or that you still have enough energy to stay up all night without looking like a train wreck the next day, or perhaps even that you feel like you have endless possiblities ahead of you in life; the possibility to change the world?

Reply ReportFor me, the best thing about being a young person is the fact that even though I've been through much shit in my life, (eg. CSA, ED, SH, MI etc), I've been able to get treatment and support early in life, and now I have the rest of my life ahead of me, and I have the skills the help me manage and maintain my mental health and wellbeing. =)
