Join Char on the Infobus tomorrow night to talk friends
A note from Charlotte who'll be joining you on the ROtreat Infobus tomorrow night - 28th of January @6pm (AEDST).
Ah, friends - how fantastic and much needed are they in our lives? We share some of most intense moments of wonderment with them and also moments of time that can be tougher than Tupac lyrics.
But - what do we do if we're having conflict with our friends? What if we are being pressured into doing things we don't want to do by our friends? What if we have changed and our friends are not the right kind of people for us anymore? Maybe you feel bullied by your friends? Or maybe you're finding it tough to make new friends? Perhaps you friend's going through a tough time and you want to know how to help them?
Whatever the reason or the issues - friendships are a huge part of our lives so maintaining great friendships and taking care of yourself within friendships are tremendously important.
I thought it'd be kinda super great if we could all get together and talk about these issues ...and offer ideas and 'words of wisdom' to each other about friendships. You never know, you may have been through something similar to someone else and may be able to help them out.
So - I shall be looking forward to seeing you all on the Infobus of the ROtreat forums on the 28th of January @6pm (AEDST) :)

Reply Reporthehe - well - I suspect we have all been lurkers at some stage. That could be an interesting conversation - when did you change from lurker to commenter?! And what helped you make the change?! Another time :)
@Ophelia - I don't really know - but I think Char's point was that we share our ups and downs with friends - sometimes those times can be really tough, and the support we get from friends can be huge!

I gave her that nick when we were in a previous InfoBus session and it kind of stuck.
You see she often lurks in InfoBus sessions, if she's not running them, or if we're discussing things.
Then she just comes out of nowhere when she wants to comment on somthing.
Hehe, so that's the story of Char, the Chief Lurker.
