Info Bus - Losing someone you care about

Losing someone you care about is tough - you may feel that your world has completely changed and that no ones understands anymore. You may have just lost someone and don't know what to do? Or you may have lost someone and want to share how you got through it? Or you may be the friend of someone experiencing grief and don't know what to say to them? Or maybe there's another reason?

Whatever it is - let's help each other out!

Join RO Community Builder-Ehon and RO Crew-Charlotte TONIGHT on the ROtreat forums from 6.30pm til 8.30pm AEST on the Info Bus.

Over the past 3 years ive lost not only a family member but two of my well loved pets... im new with this reachout thing so im hoping that it can help me... even thiugh its been a year since the loss of my grandpa, it still stress's me out, and the thing that upsets me the most was i was not there for him when he died, so i never got to say goodbye :'(

Hey guys, I understand how tough the infobus sesh might have been tonight, please make sure you do look after yourselves!

And if you think of anything else that you did initially after your loved one/s passed away to help you through it and even now what you do to cope, please feel free to post some suggestions on here!

You were all very strong tonight.

You are welcome Monkey91. Be strong no matter how shitty life is and how tough it is, because we have to be strong for ourselves, to make it through the next day and I unfortunately, find it so hard to sometimes follow my own advice.

In 2005 & 2007- nothing really helped me. I was not even on earth.

This year:

Singing and Writing.

Info Sesh tonight was really tough for me, but I managed to hang in there.

What are two things which really helped you get through a time when you lost someone?

Hey Proclaimer,

On the left hand side of this page, there's a button that says ROtreat Forums. Click on that and it will take you to the forums. :) And there's a subforum that is called Info Bus (or something similar). That's where the session will be help! Hope you can join us!! :)
