The Patience Project talk Stress
Back in August we got together with rising Australian Band The Patience Project to talk about their experiences of stress, and how they use their music to provide some release.
Stephanie Williams, one of the band members, said: “We all experience stress in our daily lives, which is why it’s important to have an outlet. For us, it’s being in a band and creating music; for others it could be playing sports, reading, writing, spending time with family or friends.”
Check out the video to see our awesome interview and find out what The Patience Project has to say about stress:
Kudos to ReachOut.com Reporter Jacob Carrick who worked with ReachOut.com to film and interview the band.
