Tips for dealing with exam stress
Do you get stressed around exam time? I know I do!
Even thinking about exams gets my heart rate going and my hands wringing, and I know I'm not alone. With the end of the year getting closer and closer, a lot of us are facing impending exams leaving us worrying about exactly how we're going to cope with them.
Getting stressed out can affect our whole lives - study, work, relationships, health, mood and just about anything else. But is stress always a bad thing? How do we recognize that we're stressed in the first place? And how do we manage that and learn to relax?
