Hey everyone :)

We are hosting a special night to raise awareness and get the word out there about young carers.

More info to come on Tuesday but in the mean time...
please read this fact sheet for more info about who a young carer actually is.

Also - please have a look at the young carers website www.youngcarers.net.au which has numbers and links to help you or someone you know :)

I hope we can see you Tuesday when we welcome staff from Carers Australia and some young carers who want to share their stories and what helps them.

I though the Tuesday was the 20th not 21st?

and agreed with you Steven young carers dont get enough credit or alot of support for the amazing jobs they are doing.

I am really look forward to tomorrow's Feature discussion on young carers! It's Carers Week right around Australia - so RO.com is trying to play its role in raising awareness about young carers and how they can link in to get the support they need!
