Aiden speaks to Reach Out

microphone

By: Reach Out:

RO: What's your name, how old are you, and where are you from?

Aiden: My name is Aiden, I'm 17 years old, and I'm from Minto.

RO: Minto with a T isn't it?

Aiden: Definitely.

RO: And you play squash is that right?

Aiden: Definitely yes.

RO: And what do you like the best about squash?

Aiden: Well actually, you know, playing the game and feeling a winner come right off your racquet, you know, because without looking at the wall, you can tell when you've done a winner.

RO: So do you play squash all the time?

Aiden: I play squash roughly around five times a week, sometimes six times a week, mainly because I'm trying to get right up there with the professionals, and one day I hope to join the PSA.

RO: Cool! So does it help you chill out, and relax, or does it really get you going?

Aiden: Well, the thing is, to me it does, but to other people it doesn't. Like some people believe that it doesn't stress you out because they will get hammered on the court, and take out all the frustration by going and throwing the racquet and stuff. If your like me, I'm a real calm person that just plays it for fun.
