School nurses can help you change things
School nurses are people who you can talk to if something is causing you distress. School nurses can help you with difficulties at school or issues you may be having at home. They will also know who else you can talk to if they are not able to help you out.
Making an appointment
Each school has a different policy on visiting your school nurse. You may have to make an appointment. To find out how your school operates you can ask a teacher or a friend that you trust, check out the school website or ask the front office.

There are some instances where a school nurse has to let other people know about your situation.
