Relaxation is enjoyed by guys, too. ReachOut Film Crew member Jonathan Martin has some tips to help you relax the manly way.



You don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy a bit of exercise.

Relaxation is an important part of life, but it doesn't have to involve scented candles and bubble baths if they're not really your thing. Getting active is also a really effective relaxation technique. Exercising regularly, no matter what kind of exercise it is that you're doing, can help to greatly reduce your stress levels.

About the Filmmaker

Jonathan Martin is 22 years old, from Sydney NSW. He is a graduate of Griffith Film School in Brisbane and works as a carer for his brother and father who both suffer from mental health related disabilities. Jonathan is looking forward to using his experiences to inform the work he does for the ReachOut Film Crew this year.
