In Jonathan Martin's second installment in the manly relaxation series, he provides some more relaxation tips for guys. Relaxation of the mind is just as important as relaxation of the body, and Jonathan looks at some simple strategies that can help to achieve both of these things. Jonathan's relaxation tips remind us that while getting active can be a great relaxation technique for guys, it's not the only one.

About the Filmmaker

Jonathan Martin is 22 years old, from Sydney NSW. He is a graduate of Griffith Film School in Brisbane and works as a carer for his brother and father who both suffer from mental health related disabilities. Jonathan is looking forward to using his experiences to inform the work he does for the ReachOut Film Crew this year.
