Hey guys, Rahart here, and I'm back with the second step in our five-part series about how you can talk about bullying. The second step is to think about who you want to talk to, aka, find your people. When you're deciding who to talk to, think about the people who will help and listen. It could be anybody, it could be a a friend, it could be your mum, your dad, a teacher or a coach, or even a school counsellor, whoever. The important thing is is that you share what's going on with somebody. If it's work-related you can talk to an HR rep, a co-worker, or even a manager. For more tips on how to handle that you can check out the workplace bullying info on our website. One thing to think about is that teachers, school counsellors and other staff may have heard similar stories, and given their experience, they might be able to help you out with a plan too. And that's it for step two guys, I'll be back in the next video with step three. If you want more information on bullying, you can visit us at reachout.com, and also visit the forums at ReachOut and let us know who you would talk to if you've ever experienced bullying. That's it for now guys. Peace.
