Hearing/experiencing your parents always fighting at home is a really horrible situation to be in. Try to create your own safe space, with things around you that make you feel secure and supported (music, books, special items). Create some boundaries - remember that you’re not responsible for your parents conflict and it’s not your job to ‘fix it’ for them. Get some support from talking to friends, other family members or your GP or a counsellor. Dose up on some self-care - prioritise what makes you feel good.
