Bryden (00:03): Just thinking about the thousand dollars that I spent this month that I won't be seeing again. Anisa (00:19): I sold four plants today on Facebook Marketplace, and made $80. That's $80 that I didn't have before. Putting things on Facebook Marketplace was a bit daunting for me, because I was like, "Does anyone want these succulents? Does anyone want this jumper that I've had for like five years?" But there's people out there that actually do. Bryden (00:43): I came up with a brilliant idea, and it was to do surveys. It's very bleak right now, because it's just the same questions over and over again. But I'm going to do this for maybe an hour or two, and then I can see how many points I can get, and then see how much money I can earn from this. Jack (00:58): Luckily, with the internet, we have access to things like Fiverr and Airtasker and other software where we can use some of our skills that we may have developed at our normal jobs to try and get some income online. Basically, I've created a little advertisement on my Fiverr. Bryden (01:18): This survey is so painstakingly boring. I can't do it. I'm only like 10, 15 minutes in, and apparently it's a 30 minute survey. But I'm only 20% done? Jack (01:32): Another good way to get some extra cash on the side is to go around and do some favors. I've gotten in contact with a neighbor, and they've offered to give me some cash to take their dog for a walk. So if you're sitting around and you've got nothing to do, don't be afraid to talk to some family or friends and neighbors, and see if anybody's got something they might want you to do.
