Your exam-slaying checklist The night before: CHECK your exam location and start time DO a light revision of your notes (don’t go overboard) PLAY out your clothes SET your alarm VISUALISE yourself being calm and confident in the exam room GO to bed early enough to get a good amount of sleep On the day: EAT a decent brekky PACK your bag ARRIVE a little early AVOID any people that stress you out TAKE 2 minutes and practice some deep and slow breathing GET comfortable in your assigned seat and then get to work
