So you went to take a selfie and there's no storage. You're freaking out, the lighting's too good to pass up. This meditation might help. Sit in a comfortable position with your hands resting gently on your legs or in your lap. Keep your eyes half open or gently close them. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. In this meditation, you'll be reflecting on what makes you feel grateful. Even though your phone has no storage, take a moment to appreciate that having a mobile phone can connect you with the world around you. Now consider your life and everything you have to be thankful for. Bring to mind all the people that support and love you. Think of your day yesterday and one thing that went well - big or small. Maybe you watched a really great Netflix episode or had a good cup of coffee. Feel appreciation for whatever it is that went well. Damn, that coffee was good. As you feel the gratitude where in your body do you have this sensation? It may be in your heart. What does it feel like there? Spacious? If you don't feel anything different that's okay, too. You don't need to force anything, just notice your body. Come back into the space you're in and the sounds around you. Feeling appreciation for everything in your life, including your phone with no storage. Thank yourself for doing this meditation, gently open your eyes and delete some selfies.
