She chats about how music helped her cope with the stress and how making connections with Headspace, other support services and people gets her through.

Usually my big support is my music, and it always has been.

How music can help

  • Use music as a mood booster - try putting on your favourite song and seeing how it makes you feel.

  • Try listening to up-tempo, fast paced music to get you motivated, and soft background music to calm the mind.

  • Create a playlist with your favourite songs, and listen to it when you’re having a rough day.

What can I do now?
