Good Habit Maker helps you stay focused and develop healthy new habits. It uses supportive language in regular, randomly-timed reminders to keep you on track.
You can choose from a set of suggested mantras, or create your own. Select how many times you want to be reminded and which hours of the day you don't want to be interrupted. It focuses on one habit at a time, so you can start building better habits straight away.
