The visuals and ideas in the ‘distraction’ section are good. This app has great potential, but the free version is limited. I can imagine that the paid version would be highly useful. I liked the app, particularly the 'distraction' section. However, to view anything more meaningful you have to upgrade to the paid version ($5.49).
Very helpful app. As a sufferer of anxiety this could definitely be of assistance when having a panic attack.
The distraction technique is a good idea, it would help me if I had a panic attack.
