This app helps you deal with panic and anxiety, through articles and information based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). You'll also have access to audio coaching to help you practice deep relaxation and stay calm during a panic attack. The app contains a diary to help you challenge negative thoughts, with rewards to help you stay motivated.

It’s good it has the ability to personalise the delivery of the material. The ads at the bottom of the app are distracting.
We'll executed app and easy to use and understand. Seeing as I'm not one to suffer from panic and anxiety attacks it isn't for me but I know a few people that do suffer from panic and anxiety so I would recommend this app to them.
Like most: The concept of the app was great. The diary entry was easy to use and very good. I particularly liked the quotes on the home screen.
I didn't like...
I found the design of the app wasn't the best it could be, it was OK but not great. Navigation wasn't the best either difficult to use and track were you came from.
