Inspire launches Healthy Minds Challenge

For the first time ever Inspire is running a Healthy Minds Challenge fundraiser. Anyone can take part this October and challenge themselves mentally and/or physically to help improve their wellbeing, while raising funds for Inspire.

Out of the 1 in 4 young people suffering with a mental illness, only 30% of them are accessing help. Inspire needs to reach more young people and ensure all young Australians lead happier lives.

The Healthy Minds Challenge is a great way for people to improve their own mental health and wellbeing while raising funds to help Inspire empower young people to improve theirs.

So... why don't you get involved this October?

Give up something for the month like alcohol, coffee or junk food

Step up and create your own personal or team challenge like running in your lunch break everyday for the month

Take up something new like singing and put on a show, or face your fears and sky dive!

Whatever you decide you will be joining hundreds of others in the quest to improve your wellbeing while ensuring Inspire can continue to support young people struggling with their mental health.
