The Inspire Foundation office will be closed between 24 December and 3 January (inclusive). Our ReachOut.com service continues to be available 24/7, providing information and support to help young people get through tough times.

ReachOut’s office is open during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. ReachOut cannot provide immediate or crisis support. If you need help right now, or know of someone who does, there are 24/7 services available.
