Why run for ReachOut.com?

  • 1 in 4 young people live with a mental health disorder

  • 70% of them don't receive any help

  • Three-quarters of all mental health disorders start before the age of 25

  • Suicide is the leading cause of death for young Australians aged 14-25

When you join the ReachOut team, you will get:

  • A ReachOut running shirt

  • A fundraising kit packed with tips, stories, posters and ideas to help you reach your target

  • Regular team updates with fundraising, running and wellbeing tips

  • A team member to answer questions and cheer you on!

What do you need to do?

  • Pick your challenge & register for the run (see below for some upcoming events)

  • Follow the prompts to set up your fundraising page and choose ReachOut.com as your charity

  • Start fundraising!

  • Start training!

You’ll feel great about your own achievement, and the fact that you’ve made a big difference in someone’s life.

Make it a crowd!

Running with friends (old and new), family and colleagues is fun and will help to keep you motivated on those days when you feel like sitting on the couch instead of going for a run…
