We’re looking for participants aged 14–25 to tell us what you think of ReachOut.
We’re conducting an online research survey for young people to tell us (confidentially of course!) about their experience of using ReachOut.
Whether you’ve used ReachOut.com or viewed our socials - or both - we’d love to hear from you! This research will help ReachOut understand how we can better help and support young people going through tough times.
We’re interested in hearing from anyone living in Australia, aged 14-25 years. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete online. Participation is voluntary and confidential.
Your contribution means a lot to us, and to say thanks for completing the survey you could win one of 25 x $100 gift vouchers! We’re hoping to hear from about 500 young people. This would give each person roughly a 1 in 20 chance of winning a voucher. Read the terms and conditions here.
Are there any risks to participating?
All responses are confidential. Your responses will be grouped together with other respondents. We may need to share information with other services if you tell us about a significant risk of harm to yourself or another person, as part of our duty of care to keep you and other people safe. We may also need to share information if we receive a legal subpoena for information. Both of these are unlikely, but possible events.
Any information that is made public (media, social media, academic papers) will be about the project as a whole and no personal information, that might allow someone to guess your identity, will be included.
If you choose to enter your email address to be included in the prize draw, this may provide Reachout with identifying information (e.g. your name). We will separate your email address from your responses to minimise the risk of you being identified.
How can I find out about the results of the research?
A summary of the findings will be made available online on the ReachOut website when the project is completed. If you choose we can let you know the details when this is available. The results may also be presented at academic conferences and published in research journals.
Who do I contact if I have questions or want to withdraw from the study?
If you have any questions about the survey, or you want to withdraw your consent to participate in the study, please email our Director of Research and Impact at email@example.com. You can also contact Bellberry Limited via firstname.lastname@example.org or 08 8361 3222 if you have any concerns or complaints about the ethical conduct of this research.
