Support for parents during the drought

If you’ve noticed that your parents are doing it tough ReachOut Parents might be for them. It’s our service for parents of 12-18 year olds who are after a little extra support. Free and accessible 24/7, it provides practical tips, tools and strategies to help parents strengthen their relationship with their teenager so that they can better support them through everyday issues and tough times.

They’ll find a lot of the same things that you find here – like videos, articles and forums – but they also have a coaching program where parents and carers can get 1:1 free professional support over the phone.
