How Roxy found the strength to share her story
Sharing your story can help you work through your feelings and make a big difference to other young people who are going through the same thing. ReachOut Youth Ambassador Roxy talks about how sharing her mental health story helped her feel more comfortable with it and how she hopes it will make a difference to other young people going through tough times.
Before I started sharing my story with other people I'd never really spoken about it...ever since I have recovered from being unwell I've just been really inspired to want to help other people who are in similar situations.
