Jess Rowlings

Jess Rowlings is CEO and co-founder of Next Level Collaboration, a social enterprise that helps the neurodivergent community build collaborative skills and social connections through cooperative video games. Jess is also an Honorary Enterprise Fellow and researcher at the University of Melbourne Faculty of Education who specialises in developing video game-based interventions to support social capacity and inclusion, and is completing her PhD investigating the experiences of neurodivergent women in gaming communities.
