This is absolutely fantastic to help with meditation, getting to sleep and reducing stress and anxiety levels.
I didn't like...
Having to pay to unlock some of the features is annoying. However the app functions without it, it just limits some of the sounds and meditation features.

I think the wide range of available sounds good. I also liked how you could play more than one sound at once.
I didn't like...
I didn't like the voice sounds that told you to lie down/breathe etc. I found the voices weird/overly robotty. It can be overwhelming to begin with. You also must need an internet connection to use it. It also needs to be used daily for the best results.
