Living in a rural area means there’s a great sense of community, but it also means there are fewer services to help you manage your mental health. Bella shares her experience using the internet to cope with depression and anxiety while living in a rural town.

As someone living in a rural area, I definitely turned to the internet for help...that helped me realise that my issues were real and they needed to be seen by a professional and it was a hard road but I got there eventually.
