Tell MoodMission how you’re feeling and it will give you a tailored list of 5 Missions that can help you feel better. Missions are activities and mental health strategies that are quick, easily achievable, and backed up by scientific evidence.
MoodMission is based in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based psychological therapy for anxiety and depression. Anyone can use MoodMission, whether you just want a lift in your day or need a bit more help recovering from anxiety or depression.

This app has some fantastic features: A simple and elegant design. The ability to read about the scientific theory that sits behind each mission is great. The there is a presence and access to MoodMission through lots of platforms including Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
There's really very little to point the finger at when reviewing this app. Just that its text heavy so will be tricky for non-readers to engage with it.

I didn't like...
Nothing so far.
It's not overly complicated, and I like how there is achievements based on how missions you do, non-competitive "ranks" based on how you are progressing,etc. I also like how it keeps a log of all your missions, which you could see how you were feeling, when you completed it, etc. I like how there is a "I need help now!" button for those in crisis.
I didn't like...
I didn't like how long it took to set up; nor that there aren't many resources on the app - it either caters for being depressed or being anxious - and nothing else.
