I liked...
It has a clean, elegant and informative design making it easy and intuitive to use.
I didn't like...
It expects users to complete assessments several times a day and uses strategies that aren't tailored to reported mood problems. It also doesn't appear to address anxiety or other mental health difficulties.

I liked...
Tracking your moods with the app can be a good way to find patterns and see what can help you be more mindful of what is causing certain moods and emotions.
I didn't like...
There are very few talks for non-premium users and the features can feel a bit limited besides the mood calendar. It shouldn't be used overwhelmingly as it is quite limited due to this.

I like the clean design of the app, it also felt simple and easy to use.
I didn't like...
Whilst the app suggests that it should be used in conjunction with some form of professional support I do not like that it contained psychological assessments, which should only be done by someone who is trained to do so. A person using the app may use the assessments to perform self-treatments or avoid a proper diagnosis. I also disliked my level of privacy in the app as it comes from a private company and collects very sensitive information.
