Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock is an intelligent alarm clock that analyzes your sleep and wakes you in the lightest sleep phase – the natural way to wake up feeling rested and relaxed.
As you sleep you go through different phases, ranging from deep sleep to light sleep. The phase you are in when your alarm goes off is critical for how tired you will feel when you wake up.
Since you move differently in bed during the different phases, Sleep Cycle can use the accelerometer in your iPhone to monitor your movement and determine which sleep phase you are in.
Sleep Cycle wakes you when you are in your lightest sleep phase.

The graph tracking movements during sleep to visualise the sleep stages experienced through the night and comparing it to other tracked nights to get a weekly overview worked well. Would recommend it to young people who want to or need to monitor/track their sleeping habits, have sleep difficulties or problems waking up in the morning.
The alarm clock function- this has helped me wake much more easily and earlier than I could have with just the normal app. Always wanted to be a morning person but cant drag yourself out of bed? This is the app for you!
