The app’s introduction is helpful in advising on good places to do the relaxation as well as inappropriate places to do the relaxation. People will enjoy the recorded relaxations as they can listen and engage in exercise, rather than having to read. It’s also good that there is a simple visual, in case people aren’t comfortable with closing their eyes.

This app was very effective and simple, perfectly designed for when you just want to click a button and relax. Within a minute or two of listening I had relaxed significantly. I can and will recommend this app to anyone with stress issues. I do like that this one is free but I probably would be willing to pay for it.

I think the app needs to be updated to suit the new updates of the iPhone - the app looks like it was made before the iOS 7 update for iPhone.
