Failing can feel really hard - whether it's a lower than expected ATAR or not getting into the soccer team. These young people have found that talking about it can help.
Eventually I found the courage to speak to Dad, and I found it really, really helpful.
Why talking about failing helps
When you fail, you can feel disappointed and worthless.
Young people have found it very helpful to talk to other people about failing.
Talking to others about failure can be nerve-wracking, but you might find that they are more understanding than you think.
