THIS APP IS AMAZING. I showed my psychologist and she was also really impressed. It's really challenging me to do certain things to help my depression and anxiety and it's super easy to do because I ALWAYS have my phone on me. It beats the old school way of mood tracking via journal/paper and it means I can show my psychologist and know it's real and accurate as opposed to made up stuff that I did the day before my appointment. The app is genuine and helpful. I especially love the little 'challenges' which may seem easy but are actually life changing for me. I have already recommended this app to a lot of my friends who suffer from anxiety and depression and my psychologist is also going to be recommending it to some of her patients. I would pay $10 or more for this app, IT'S LIFE CHANGING.
