Pacifica helps break this cycle using tools that target each of its components. Day-by-day, you'll learn to manage stress, anxiety and depression at your own pace.

Pacifica is a comprehensive evidence-based app with good evidence and the ability to personalise with good explanations for turning on notifications and the safeguards used for the social sharing part of the app. The information provided is clearly explained and appropriate.

Basic information is available for free but more advanced use of the app requires a monthly subscription.

Allows you to keep track of mood and do activities to help you alter your mood and energy state. It's great for having all health related things in one place, provides a holistic approach to health.

Having to pay for a lot of the content. Would allow more people to utilise more to help themselves if it was cheaper.

I love that you can choose between at least three different backgrounds that all seem to be very calm and relaxing.

I would like the mindfulness audios to be pre-loaded to the app rather then having to have an internet connection.
